All fields were saved correctly which i can see them in Entries of Registration Form. Then, i created a user profile form under new feed -> update user to: 1) Show all fields submitted by the user; 2) let user to update their own profile in front end. I mapped all fields in registration as well as the update feed. But not all the file upload fields displayed correctly (some are missing). And at last, the user profile was not updated after i submitted the update form. Are all the file upload fields set to be updated via the UR update feed? It works fine under Multisite environment and also fine with previous version of User Registration. May refer it to your team as reference, thx.
