Thanks for the reply.
I have access to wordpress coders.
Is it possible to get a trial version of gravity forms or the like to allow my coders to estimate the amount of work involved before I commit to getting a license of gravity forms?

Data for multiple forms won't be connected. Anything is possible via customizations, but it's not going to do it out of the box. You can make multi-page form using page breaks but if you want separate forms, it wouldn't be connected and you'd have to implement a customization to string the data together so it passes it from one from to the next, which tends to be not very elegant.

Hi
We would like to create a student portal for application process.
We would have several forms for the application and the student will get the next form based on previous completion. Would the data for multiple forms be "connected" to the logged in user if we used the user registration add on?

Thanks
