I have two questions but I will post the other one in a different section. About the user registration section, we would like to have users be able to log in and their main contact information to be already populated in the form. For ex. When John Smith logs in and begins filling out his return form, his name, email, phone, company name and address will have already been filled in because it recognizes him as a user. You'd have to use a more complex membership type plugin in order to do something like this.
