You can use a renewal form which is visible only to logged in and registered users, and a separate form for creating a new user. I don't know of a way to have a registration form which skips the registration. I don't know of a way to use the registration condition to skip registration when the user is already registered and logged in.

I am trying to set up the site with the User Registration add-on. Most users will be new to the site, however, there are some people that already have accounts, and next year, when we renew membership, most people will already be members. The site is a school related site that is supported by an annual membership payment.

How can I set the form up to allow returning users to complete the form and pay for what they need to pay for, and be a member/returning member, The site and the particular page to look for is http://endeavourptsa.org/register/

I thought of adding another option for returning users, but not sure if this is what I would have to do....and then basically just have a payment form without creating a new account for the user.
