Can you explain why you need three forms? If it's for 3 payment options, you probably want to use one form with conditional logic, and have the user select which option they want, then reveal that part of the form which pertains to their choice.

Can you explain more why you think you need three forms?

One more consideration if possible. I'd also like to be able to add two upgrade options that are a one time payment only whereas the user level subscription is a recurrent charge.

what do you think? Link to the upgrade pages after registration confirmation of the form? or, might there be a way to tell paypal the subscription is recurring and the upgrade options are a one time payment?

thanks again for the guidance.

Here's what I'm trying to accomplish

New website registration on multisite with three payment options
Sales page will have three payment options at the bottom that link to three different GF that are set with new site and user registration

Ok. I think I've figured out the paypal integration part of user registration thanks to this post:
http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/register-user-only-when-a-payment-is-received

The next step is to figure out how to add multi page or part forms into the registration process. Is this possible? Would I just create three separate forms and link them within user registration and paypal integration to complete this process?

Finally, can you recommend a good membership subscription management plugin to integrate with this process?
[WPMUDEV plugins Membership and Prosites are too difficult to weave in at the moment, any other recommendations to manage the membership subscriptions?]

Thanks for the help and creating the plugin. It's a life saver so far, just need to figure out how to walk the final mile.

Cheers,
