I need it to only insert this information AFTER the user has paid for registration, not before. If i set this as no duplicates it validates and stores the form entry then goes off to paypal. Basically, if that user deiced to cancel and then fill in the form again, their username and email is registered on the system and can't be used again, even though the user never made it to the end of the process</p> <p>please could you advise?</p> <p>thanks!! </p>
