I envision a form with hidden fields for subject ("I've completed [page title]"), their username and email address (from their WP credentials) and a visible submit button. There's a dozen pages in total and I'm inclined to put the form into the page template with do_shortcode? Is that necessary / feasible too?</p> <p>Thanks in advance, Karl </p>
