			<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm not sure where the proxy part or subdomain part comes in.  The only thing I saw was the /about/contact-test/ was submitted to /contact-test/.  If you didn't mention a proxy or subdomain, I would have never suspected anything like that.  Can you share more about your server setup?

			<description>&#60;p&#62;We have our wordpress sites on subdomains, but we've set up a proxy so that these sites go through the main URL. It appears this is causing a conflict with the plugin and submissions are not going through. Is there a way to get Gravity Forms to work with a proxied domain?
