Hey Robert, it sounds like, since you are going to be reviewing the entires, that when a user submits the form you just setup admin notifications that the form has been filled out but not user notifications since you will be sending those out based on your review. Then you review the data, and create your email with your necessary links to whatever they need to download or the rejection email if not approved.

For the mailing list - we have Add-Ons that integrate with some 3rd parties, such as: AWeber, Campaign Monitor and MailChimp.

Hi Gravity forms

I am setting up a wordpress website to sell educational software. From the site, we will offer our professional customers (rather than students) a free trial of our software. What I need to be able to achieve is:

1. A prospective customer enters a request for a free trial in a form on our site and sends it to us
2. I review the application to make sure its a bona fide user and,
3. I either 3.A allow or 3.B disallow the application

If 3A, the applicant gets an email with a unique link to enable the software download, and an accompanying email containing some other unique info

If 3B, the applicant receives an email declining the application.

I'm rather new to all of this, but my feeling is that I could achieve this with gravity forms and probably with some other e-commerce plug in to build the unique digital download page for the customer.

Would you be able to advise on the way of doing this with gravity forms and perhaps another package.

Further, I need to set up a mailing list and it seems that GF would be a very nice way of doing this too.

Many thanks

Robert
