Maybe you are looking for another plugin in between that will control taxonomies? Gravity Forms allows you to build a form that will be displayed on the front end to collect all kinds of data. You can use Post fields to sync it with WordPress' post system. You would have to manually link up the two pieces (the data collection and the Listings fields in AgentPress) to make things work.
