@harooki2 I, too, am interested in learning if you were able to create a front-end GF to allow sellers to submit their property listing info. directly into the AgentPress Listings plugin. I'm trying to accomplish the same thing.

Hi harooki2 were you able to finish this and publish AgentPress listings thru GF? How? Thank you!

Thank you, David. I think you must be correct. I'm using one called Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types, and these instructions must be referring to that.

By default, Gravity Forms doesn't have a populate taxonomy checkbox... only a populate dynamically or populate categories. Maybe you are looking for another plugin in between that will control taxonomies? There are add-ons for this that third parties have developed.

I've learned that this can be done, but I can't get past step two of the instructions: For the life of me, I cannot find the Populate with a Taxonomy checkbox. I'm looking in the Custom Field window on the Advanced tab. It's not there.

After Admin Label I have Field Size followed by Default Value. What am I doing wrong?

Gravity Forms can create a WordPress post, and include data in custom fields. Gravity Forms allows you to build a form that will be displayed on the front end to collect all kinds of data. You can use Post fields to sync it with WordPress' post system. You would have to manually link up the two pieces (the data collection and the Listings fields in AgentPress) to make things work. Does AgentPress use custom fields to store listing information?

I am assuming then that this a customization job, but I want to make sure I'm right about that. Is there any functionality in Gravity Forms out of the box that enables a real estate agent to submit a home listing on the FRONT end and have the Gravity Forms inputs populate the Listings fields in the AgentPress theme?

I have asked at StudioPress, but no answer yet. I'll try WPSmith. StudioPress aggressively promotes Gravity Forms for this theme, so I thought you might have some answers. Thanks.

We don't have a tutorial for that, as the AgentPress theme and AgentPress listings plugin was not created by us. Have you asked at WPSmith or StudioPress?
