You have to create a page on your WordPress site, or use an existing page you already have, and edit that page and embed the form you created on that page using the Gravity Forms shortcode. So for example, create a new WordPress Page and call it "Register" and then in the content of that post, insert the form shortcode to display the Registration form you created.

Here is information on how to embed a form on a page or post:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Embedding_A_Form

After you create your registration page and inserted the form, now go to the User Registration main settings. You get there by going to Settings under Forms and then selecting User Registration on that page. See this screenshot on where to find the link to the User Registration Settings page:

https://skitch.com/carlhancock/gcs3e/settings-gravity-forms-v1.6-wordpress

Once on the User Registration Settings page (not to be confused with the User Registration Feeds) you can enable the option to configure a Custom Registration Page. Once you enable this option you then select which Page on your WordPress site should be used. Then save your settings. See this screenshot:

https://skitch.com/carlhancock/gcs36/settings-gravity-forms-v1.6-wordpress

Once you do this, the WordPress register link will automatically redirect to the page you designated in the User Registration Add-On Settings.

The first thing you need to do is create your form. You will need to add at least these fields to your form:

- Username Field
There is no built in Username field. You simply add a Single Input field to your form, edit it and give it a field label of Username. We do plan on adding a Username field to Gravity Forms in the future to make this more clear.

- Password Field
The User Registration Add-On adds a new Password Field to the Advanced Fields toolbox in the form editor.

- Email Field
This uses the standard Email field under advanced fields. Add this field to your form.

You can then add any other fields you want to add to the form, such as Name, etc.

The User Registration Add-On will add 2 things to your WordPress Dashboard.

- A new page under the Gravity Forms Settings (Forms > Settings), which you access by going to Settings under the Forms navigation and then click on the User Registration sub item on that page.

- A new navigation item under Forms called User Registration.

Creating your form is the first step. The next step is using the User Registration Add-On to configure the settings related to creating the user. You do that by going to the User Registration navigation item and then adding a new User Registration Feed.

You then select your form and configure the options and save the feed.

If you set things up properly a user will be created when you submit the form.

Here is documentation for the User Registration Add-On:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/User_Registration_Add-On
