			<description>&#60;p&#62;This sounds like a file permission issue of some sort.  It looks like Gravity Forms couldn't create that folder.  Make sure your file permissions are set so that files and folders can be created in wp-content/uploads and make sure the Gravity Forms folder exists in that folder.
