When I put a long and odd email address in the 'admin notifications' area - either listed after the primary email address separated by a comma or in the BCC field - no email is delivered.</p> <p>If I remove the long, odd email address, GForms works great and the email is delivered.</p> <p>Here's the email address I'm trying to mail (with some text changed since this address feeds a CRM)</p> <p><a href="mailto:mail+leads_client_photographers_83abc1239999@mailto.shootq.com">mail+leads_client_photographers_83abc1239999@mailto.shootq.com</a></p> <p>What I've tried so far:</p> <p>1. Testing to see if I can mail to the address listed using my regular old Gmail account. I can. No warnings, no bounces, and the CRM acknowledges the lead.</p> <p>2. Testing GForms to see if it works without the email address listed. It does. I can get emails all day long if I use normal looking addresses.</p> <p>3. Adding the email address in the primary notifications area separated by a comma, i.e.</p> <p><a href="mailto:jason@mycompany.com">jason@mycompany.com</a>, <a href="mailto:mail+leads_client_photographers_83abc1239999@mailto.shootq.com">mail+leads_client_photographers_83abc1239999@mailto.shootq.com</a></p> <p>This does not work. However, if I drop any other email address in after the comma, such as:</p> <p><a href="mailto:jason@mycompany.com">jason@mycompany.com</a>, <a href="mailto:tom@hiscompany.com">tom@hiscompany.com</a></p> <p>Email is delivered just fine.</p> <p>4. Adding the funky email address listed above in the BCC field. Nothing is delivered.</p> <p>Based on my tests, I'm thinking that Gravity Forms doesn't like this address for some reason:</p> <p><a href="mailto:mail+leads_client_photographers_83abc1239999@mailto.shootq.com">mail+leads_client_photographers_83abc1239999@mailto.shootq.com</a></p> <p>and doesn't send any email in protest. :-)</p> <p>Happy to provide WP install access so you can confirm bug. </p>
