			<description>&#60;p&#62;The problem is with your theme styles. The .entry (class) div has an &#34;inline-block&#34; property applied to it and that's apparently what's making IE angry. When you disable that property, the form displays properly even when the validation is triggered and the form takes up more vertical space.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If you switch from the Ajax submission method to the standard method, the problem may remedy itself as the page will reload and the browser may re-interpret the adjusted element height properly and prevent the overflow. As it is now, the page/CSS isn't reloaded, just the content.
