I don't see any issues with the page refreshing on your form and if you were talking about the forum here, no issues either. On another note, the entire page refreshes and I have to start typing all over again when I click on the drop down list below. Fortunately, I learned my lesson and copied the text so I could paste it. Not sure if it's a safari bug. </p>
