( new/edit page/post ).<br /> In addition, the GF insert form button is also not showing.</p> <p>I enabled WP DEBUG in wp-config and this is what came up:</p> <pre><code>gravityforms.php on line 364 Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0!
