Hi Chris,

Going back to this, I changed to the Woocommerce product add-ons but it's not giving the full functionality of Gravity Forms. Would love to use gravity forms but just have one problem.

See this page:
http://www.macprintblackpool.co.uk/products/embroidered-and-printed-polo-shirts/kustom-kit-tipped-collar-polo/

It has a few options. Say you choose additional embroideries left chest (an additional £3.00) and add to cart, no problem! But if the customer was to go back to that product because they wanted a full back print (+£7) and then adds to cart, it adds the previous options (embroidered chest) rather than their new option.

So they'd be expecting one polo with an embroidery, one with a back print, but the order would come through as two embroidered polos, and only charge for this.

If this problem was solved, Gravity Forms would complete the website, if not it's of no use to us :(

Cheers,
John

It looks like most of this configuration will have to happen on the woocommerce side. I was going to recommend a shopping cart for you, but it appears you're already using woocommerce.

Hi Chris,

The form is here: http://files.macprintblackpool.co.uk/products/embroidered-and-printed-polo-shirts/kustom-kit-klassic-embroidered-polo-with-superwash-60c/

Also, I have tried adding the quantity within the form (to combine it with size), however it only does the quantity for any additional options within the form, not the base price.

Looking forward to your response, I'm sure there's some way we can make this work how we want it to, I've just not found out how yet! The business is implementing this upon my recommendation so could do with getting it working for us!

Cheers
John

Hello,

I have a paginated form to allow customers to add embroidery and printing to a garment, I need to set up an individual form for each set of garments (for example a polo shirt) which is fine. I also purchase the image swatches plug-in to allow different colours for each individual product, however when you go to page 2 of the Gravity Form it resets the variables back to default.

Firstly: Is there any way to make these two aspects work together? As I don't want to have to set up a Gravity Form for each individual product just to allow for the colour and size differences.

If not, does anybody have any recommendations?

Secondly: As there will be various sizes such as S, M, L - I need to set something up where quantity and size are combined so the customer can type 10 for small, 20 for medium or whatever. I added the quantity option on Gravity Forms and set a 'Small' base price as £10 as an example, however really it needs to get the base price from the individual product, to avoid again creating an individual form for each product, is there anyway to pull this information?

Many thanks!
John
