Something must have happened to your database for the view counts to be cleared out. There isn't functionality in Gravity Forms itself to reset the view count.</p> <p>As for why Google Analytics doesn't match up with the view count on the forms, that could be because Google Analytics is a full analytics package and is intelligent enough to distinguish duplicate page reloads, etc. Gravity Forms simply updates the view count each time the form is display. If a user reloads the page, the view count is incremented. Google Analytics probably doesn't count page reloads and has more intelligent analytics.</p> <p>The view counts are extremely simple analytics, it just increments each time the form is displayed. It can't distinguish between page reloads, etc. So they are a general guide. It may have happened on the last WordPress update (I am on 3.0.5) but not sure. What's going on? Also, related I was having some issues trying to reconcile my form hits (which were somewhere north of 30,000 last time I could see them) with Google Analytics which was telling me ~8,000.
