User access can only be limited at a high level. You can set it so a user can access the main areas, but it isn't as granular as controlling access on a form by form basis. I was wondering if there is some possible way to state that a certain user (we primarily have departmental logins, and about 6 of them) can see specific form results. I see a lot about user role management and viewing form results, but nothing on a per form basis. We have the Members plug-in and that all is working fine.</p> <p>If there is nothing that can be done, then unfortunately, its back to the drawing board with form creation and figure this out. Some information is sensitive in nature for some departments and they would not like to have other departments access to those form results.</p> <p>We love GF, but this is a big deal at the moment.</p> <p>Thanks,</p> <p>Chris </p>
