If there is no Reply To then the Send From is used. So what you want to use is the From Email and the From Name. I don't want to use the 'User notification' only the 'Admin notification' because I do not want to auto reply to the sender. I want to look at incoming email & decide whether or not to reply. If I want to reply I hit the reply button in the email (outlook express) and that is where I want the "name +email" to show This works fine with webforms in Drupal but I cant get it to work with gravity forms in wordpress. For the Admin Notification you configure the From Name to either be predefined or use the value of a Name field on your form. Only the From Email supports a Name. Reply To is only an email address. I have the From name set as Name (advanced name field) but the reply to in the email only has the email address of person submitting the form but not their name. Please can you show me exactly how to set this up.
