Automated email link sends them to a specific web page. They submit their employment references into a gravity form. </p> <p>This information from the gravity form on submission, needs to be pushed into zoho recruit application (I think via webhooks for monitoring).<br /> Also there needs to be an email sent to the referee linking them to a employment reference form page (gravity forms again). All of this information would then be sent (via webhooks or email????) back into zoho recruit from the referee on submission. </p> <p>I have feeling this can be done using web hooks?, I am not a coder but willing to spend time learning how and trial and error.
