The other 5 rows are hidden using the conditional functionality.</p> <p>I'm getting some of the way to having it look like the layout above, but at the moment the checkboxes are on a separate line using gf_list_4col.</p> <p>Is there any way to get all of this on the same row?</p> <p>Is there a better way of doing this..?</p> <p>Fingers crossed and thanks in advance for the help. </p>
