			<description>&#60;p&#62;Or if you hire a developer/have development skills, you could save the list to a database table with a name and quantity number field, and then pre-populate the selection box with the values using Gravity Forms hooks. Then after the form is submitted, you could use the post_submission hook to update the quantity field in your database table that you created. That way when you pre-populate the values in the drop down, only those without a quantity field value would show. This wouldn't be a hugely complex customization of Gravity Forms to create.

Hi guys, just purchased the GF.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I explain the problematic, my sister is getting married, and she made a wishlist of what the guest will buy like kitchen tools, ipad etc etc for the wedding&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I would like to make a contat form constituated by a checklist made of the wishlist , the guest can selectionnate one or more gift he will choose, and when he click submit, the object he chose will disappear from the main form&#60;/p&#62;
