With a free trial, payment isn't received until the first subscription payment. So that is the issue. There is a trial period of one month, then the regular subscription starts. The new user welcome email is sent out when the user signs up. It is also being sent out one month later at the beginning of the regular subscription. </p> <p>How do I prevent that and still have a trial period? </p>
