The entry data for all fields will look like a table of rows and columns with the data filled in, but you can customize the output of a notification to look however you would like. You can limit the fields, you can place in text around it. You can style it differently. You can space data out. Nearly whatever you want. You just place in what we call merge tags wherever you want form data to show in the e-mail. It is kind of like when you do mail merges in Microsoft Word or other applications.

Hi GF-We need our forms to be sent to various people and we are in the unique situation that we will not be receiving them ourselves. Therefore, we need the form to be sent to a specified email addresses and the data needs to be presented clearly and efficiently for them since we won't be digesting the info then sending it on. Would it be possible to see (screenshot?) what the entry data would look like before we buy this thing?

Thanks,
E
