Thanks. I can probably look at the html notification that's sent and copy the HTML I need, or just live with the extra field.

This is by design, All fields outputs an HTML table with all the fields. If you opt not to use the All Fields it is then a free form situation and you are basically on your own to layout and design the email and how the data should be output.

It does accept HTML so you can design your email using HTML to spruce it up.

We have discussed adding the ability to exclude a field to all fields, but we aren't sure how we will implement it because there are some usability issues to work out considering the field is called "All Fields" so it has certain expectations around it.

Is this by design? I wanted to eliminate one field from the notification email (the field was being used as the subject line of the email and I didn't think it needed to be in the body of the email as well) so I added the remaining fields manually, but when the email was sent, it wasn't as 'pretty' as the normal {all_fields] notification. Is that intentional and if so is there any way to work around that? I like the look of the HTML formatted notification emails, but I want to be able to choose the fields that are sent.

Thanks
