Would it be possible to take a look at this again?

It isn't just about domains and hosting, WHMCS has a host of other services, but the main one I think would be most useful with Gravity Forms is the ticketing system.

@munman That is exactly what our other Add-Ons do. So yes, it's possible, but it requires custom code to do so. It's not something Gravity Forms does out of the box. You have to write custom code in the form of a custom add-on that uses the available Gravity Forms API hooks to insert data into the 3rd party system. All of the available hooks are documented in the documentation area. Most likely the hooks you would use are the gform_post_submission hook which accesses the Entry object. You may also need to use the gform_validation hook to implement custom validation.

If we can't get out of the box WHMCS integration, is it possible to map Gravity Form field outputs into another database, such as WHMCS?

Thank you for your answer.

I would like to create forms into wordpress for login customers, support requests, just creating the forms and embedding them in wordpress.

I suppose the same as with the FreshBooks add-on.

Thank you!

I'm not familiar with WHMCS as we aren't in the business of hosting and domains.

What exactly would you see the Add-On doing? What kind of integration would you want between Gravity Forms and WHMCS?

Hello,

As there is an add-on for FreshBooks, will be very useful to have an add-on for WHMCS, which is the same as FreshBooks, but for companies that offer hosting and domains for their customers.

There is an API available, so I think it is factible for the developer license:

http://wiki.whmcs.com/API:Functions

Just before purchase, is this possible?

I hope somebody from the dev team answers this question. Thank you.
