I will take a look at that.</p> <p>Looking at your form just now in Firefox, it did not display. I took a look at the source and see extra markup being added to the [gravityforms] shortcode output. That is coming from a plugin or theme conflict. Most typically when that appears, it's due to a theme, such as yours, which includes the [raw] shortcode. If you look closely, you will see that the Date field is not the same width as the other ones using the gf_left_third and gf_middle_third rules (on the same row).
