Had you changed themes or installed a new plugin? I have a couple forms on my website, and one of them just stop showing the other day. I just noticed this morning. If I go under forms I can see the form, but if I go to the page it was inserted I see the shortcode, but no form on the live site. Further more, if I go to insert the form, its not available.</p> <p>I corrected the issue by duplicating the form and inserting it again, but the client is in need of an actual "real" answer as to why this would happen. So if there is one it would be greatly appreciated. and any tips on how to make sure this does not happen again.</p> <p>K. </p>
