I'd rather have a "form still being created" than a form not working. For now I've just disabled the form from using the Chosen Script. Obviously this throws out my form and is causing a fair amount of frustration.</p> <p>I thought it was possibly my own theme style affecting things but on closer inspection the width of the field is set inside the actual element style and not being pulled from any stylesheet at all. With that I suspect it can only be the plugin code or scripts that could be causing this.</p> <p>I've tried to figure out why and I noticed that if I disable the conditional logic then the width becomes correct.
