I have to zip it. Could this be the problem?</p> <p>When I try to upload it:<br /> - one time it said it uploaded but failed to activate.<br /> - deleted file and tried to reinstall and now it just sits there as if it's trying but no error or anything. </p> <p>What else should I do? </p>
