I found this answer to a similar question on this forum in October [http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/is-it-possible-to-allow-users-to-edit-their-custom-registration-information]

That functionality is not built in to Gravity Forms. It's something that's being considered for a future release.

If you can display their data on their profile page, they should be able to edit the information as they can edit everything else on their profile page. Are you showing them the information there? If not, that's the first step.

Here's a good post covering how to do that:
http://justintadlock.com/archives/2009/09/10/adding-and-using-custom-user-profile-fields

+1. I would like users to register their information, creating new user, [I understand User Registratino Add On can do this] and then display that info in a directory [I understand I need a 3rd party solution here] but then come back later to update the info entered into the Gravity Form eg if contact person changes etc. So can a user edit the info they submitted in a form in the past?

Thanks
Gordon

I have been searching on this too and found that it is possibly going to be a feature of the next version. Plus 1 for any update!!

Hi all,

Yes I posted this in the pre-purchase area but didn't get a response.

Anyway, I am probably going to purchase a Developer's license shortly, however I was wondering if Gravity Forms had the ability to allow users to register and log in (with registration add-on), submit a form about something (separate to the registration but still a GF), and then edit the form details that they have already submitted? For example, they may have made a mistake.

Cheers,
James
