Thank you for the fast reply. I will check with WooCommerce and see what they say. :)

You will want to as the Woo Commerce team these questions, and not us. We don't lock down which license third party add-ons require. if they have an authorize.net extension, then you might not need ours. Of course I would love everyone to buy the developer license, but at the end of the day, there is nothing on our end that should limit you or cause issues if you only have the personal license.

I am looking at purchasing Gravity Forms so that I can use the Woo Commerce Gravity add-on Extension... If I only need this for one site - can I just purchase the single use - or do I have to get the developer use? If I get the Authorize.net extension through WooCommerce - will I also need the Authorize.net capability with Gravity Forms -- or just the Authorize.net extension with Gravity Forms (which means I have to purchase the Developer License)

Right, if you notice on the extension page it says it requires an up-to-date copy of GF to use. It's not a bundle of any kind.

So that would mean I would have to purchase not only the Extension but a GF license?

The extension for WooCommerce looks like it allows integration with GF. You still need a copy/license of GF.

If I buy Gravity Forms through the WooCommerce extensions, will I get the latest updates etc and be able to try the beta releases or not?
