Go to the account page, change the email to the paypal email address and save it. Confirm that you can see the documentation and protected posts after that. If you can, then you can go back to your account settings and change the email back to whatever you prefer.

The only email we have to authenticate your account is the one we get (paypal email) when you make your purchase, that's why we state in the confirmation email and plenty of other places that you need to use that email to ensure you can access all of the relevant information.

I didn't use the same email because I had to use the email affiliated with my Paypal account. So what can I do to change that or will that matter???

I'm not sure what YouTube video you're referring to, but the proper method to embed forms is in the documentation here.

http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Embedding_A_Form

If you're not able to access that, make sure that you've used the same email address in your account settings that you used to make your original purchase.

The forms are web-based so they're platform independent. Half of our team does all of our work on MacBook Pros and other Apple products so that shouldn't be an issue.

I have a self hosted wordpress site...with wordpress 3.2.1...I bought Gravity Forms...downloaded the plug in and activated it...I completely filled out the form and saved it....I went to Youtube to figure out how to add it into my wordpress pages and one of the fields is missing on mine?....the youtube video showed that when you went into the help page that there was some coding there to click and paste...would this show up somewhere else due to me using a Macbook? I did put in the license code and everything on the forms setting page but then when you go to the help page where the coding should be it says...Only licensed Gravity Forms customers are granted access to the documentation section!!! wth am I doing wrong??? also when I find said documentation do I add the coding to the visual screen or the html screen?....please help!
