Laura, you can give the editors permissions to see entries. You will need a plugin to modify the editor role. I use the Members plugin by Justin Tadlock: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/members/

Install and activate that, then go to Users > Roles and then click the edit link under the "Editor" role. You will be presented with a page with all the permissions the editor role currently has. You will see the gravityforms_ permissions in just about the middle of all the capabilities. Take a look at every one which begins with gravityforms_ and determine which ones you want to give to the Editors (you may want to enable gravityforms_view_entries and gravityforms_view_entry_notes, at least).

When you have checked the appropriate capabilities, click "Update Role" on the bottom. Then see if your Editors can do what they need to with Gravity Forms.

Good day Gravity Support Team!
I have just finished the website, and have made the notifications go out to specific staff in which the form is relevant. However, each staff member has an 'Editor' account on WordPress. I am the only administrator. Is there a way for these 'Editor' accounts (first tier down from Administrator) to see the entries made by the form submissions?
Thank you for your patience and time,
Best regards,
Laura Mabee
