The scenario is as my original post...you will be unable to edit ANY forms in WP Admin and the DATE widget will NOT work. Deactivate this plugin and everything works again. Or, keep using Wordpress 3.3.1 and it works. Anyone else experiencing this issue? The same forms were working just fine until I upgraded to this version today from the Admin console. Also, the forms themselves do not completely work. For instance, one form has a DATE field and upon clicking the calendar widget, it will not display the calendar. </p>
