If you go to this page: http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/

And hover over the download link, you'll see it points to a Zip file. All my best!

I'm assuming you didn't download each of the individual PHP files from our site (because there isn't any way to do that)? You probably did downloaded the ZIP file, but don't realize it is one because of how Mac OS handles such files. I'm sure you do have a ZIP file on your computer. If you don't, please download it again from our Downloads page over on the right hand side of this site.

I understand. However, the first thing it says is to download the .ZIP file... which I don't have. I have a bunch of .PHP files. Why don't I see a .ZIP file?

Again, this isn't any different from any other plugin. We have the full steps and instructions here:

You download the Zip file, and then in Plugins -> Add New -> Upload you go to that download file and upload it. Or... If you FTP into your server, you go to wp-content/plugins and create a folder called gravityforms and then upload all the PHP files and the sub folders to that folder on your server.

So, I downloaded the file to my MAC. And I open the file named GRAVITY FORMS... How can I upload it into Wordpress site if there's nothing but .PHP files? Please explain how to upload this please... I don't want to ask for a refund. I really need to use this. Thanks so much David P.

Macs open zip files natively, so it can be hard to tell you got a zip. But the thing that the PHP files are inside of is a zip file. If you aren't using WordPress.com's hosted blog service, you can use Gravity Forms.

Hi...
I just purchased this last night for my site (www.weavegotithair.com) which is a Wordpress site. Can I use Gravity Forms for this site? I found this on your site... Please explain. I may need a refund.

Will Gravity Forms work on WordPress.com hosted sites?
No. The WordPress.com hosted platform is closed and you are not allowed to install additional plugins so you would be unable to install Gravity Forms.
