You have to activate another basic theme. Delete the fields or forms you want to remove. Then re-activate the theme. It's a total pain in the you know where. I have told him about it but he doesn't seem to care. He provides a contact form so he doesn't see the value in correcting this problem. We've never seen this before, we've seen a plugin conflict cause field deletion not to work but never the form deletion.</p> <p>This is either going to be some sort of strange plugin/theme conflict or possibly a database configuration issue. The first thing you need to do is test for plugin and theme conflicts to rule that out. I did have Justin Tadlocks Members plugin active - but all of the gravityforms_ capabilities are turned on for my admin role even when it is enabled and disabled doesn't make a difference. </p>
