Thanks, we are working on a solution to this and are planning on including it in the next release. It will alter the entry detail display just a bit as we will be moving to top aligned field labels instead of left aligned field labels so that it will be more flexible with large field values.

Thanks for the update.

This is a cosmetic issue so consider it a low priority but thank you for including it in the next update.

The data getting cut off is fine as the entry is still sent by email.

Hello James, just a quick update. The next release will address the entry detail issues and will fix the giant dropdown display issue by implementing a max width on those fields. That means the data will get cut off, but there isn't any other way to handle it. As I mentioned another way to handle fields that long would be to use a text based field like the checkbox or multiselect radio button field.

We will look into it, we may be able to limit the size with CSS. That is an extremely long dropdown box value and dropdown boxes typically demand as much as space as their longest value. We will look into a work around for this situation.

One change we will be implementing in the entry detail is top aligning the field labels instead of left aligning them. This will give more screen real estate for the fields themselves as they will appear on their own line. This change is planned for the next release.

You may want to consider using radio buttons or checkboxes instead of a dropdown for a selection field with values this long. Those fields will allow the value to wrap, dropdowns demand the screen real estate by default.

Hi,

Entries are not shown correctly in WP Admin using Mac OS X 10.5.8 (Leopard) and Firefox 3.5

http://www.pict.com/view/1542802/800/gravityformsentries

This is probably because one of the entries has a really long option

http://www.pict.com/view/1542829/800/gravityformsentries2

Can the CSS be updated to sort this out?

Thanks
