			<description>&#60;p&#62;If those tables are screwed up and you don't have a good recent backup of the database then you're probably out of luck. Your web host may be able to help you with a recent backup that you can restore from.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;How did you &#34;lose&#34; your site? If your database is intact, can't you simply restore the full site and then export/backup normally?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If not, I would create a new install and use PHPmyAdmin to import the tables with the &#34;rg_&#34; prefix that contain your Gravity Forms data.

I just lost my Wordpress website...&#60;br /&#62;
I had a long, complicated form in there that I really dont want to start over. I still have access to the database in PHPMyAdmin. As I understand it, that's where the form files should be right? How do I go about extracting my form from there and importing it into the site Im now rebuilding.&#60;br /&#62;
I really need help with this!&#60;br /&#62;
