			<description>&#60;p&#62;There isn't currently such a repository. The hard part about doing something like that, and it is a project I'm toying with, is that the needs of each user is so different than the last. Even if you made a contact form, it wouldn't just be something you could import and forget about, you'd have to set-up the notification settings, and then embed it into a page, and that's the most basic of forms.
