I would bet it does.</p> <p>I checked your form in IE7 &amp; 8 also and it doesn't display. The form is in the markup but something in your theme is apparently breaking the conditional logic script that accompanies the form.</p> <p>You should test for a theme/plugin conflict to see if you can nail down where the problem is coming from.. No error or anything. Works great in Chrome and Firefox. Anyway someone could take a look at it? Thee is a little bit of conditional logic in that form.
