1.5 RC1 Feature Request -- next/back link needed atop multi-page forms

  1. There's a true need on multi-page forms for the progress bar (or steps display) shown atop the form to also become a lnk to go back/next to another form page. Users are clicking on the Steps display thinking they can navigate there, because they can't see a Back/Next button hidden at the bottom of the form -- it's off the screen bottom on most displays.

  2. Agreed. We're planning on adding links to the steps in subsequent 1.5 point release. There has to be some logic applied to the steps (can't progress forward a step if the current one has required fields and hasn't been completed, etc.) but the functionality will be added as soon as we get all of that ironed out.

So the steps themselves will be links then? Looking forward to it.

  4. Yes, that's the plan. As I mentioned before, there are a few things to be worked out but we'll add that functionality as soon as we can.

Has the feature of making steps links been added yet? Can next/previous buttons be added above the form?

  6. The steps have not been added. But you can reposition the prev/next buttons using CSS if you like. If you'd like help implementing that, please open a support ticket in the regular support forums rather than pre-purchase. Thank you.
