2checkout should be integrated. I think they are currently the leading international credit card processor that supports merchants in foreign countries. Authorize.net. only supports individuals with a US or equivalent merchant accounts. Right now I'm living abroad and 2checkout seems like a good credit card processor at the moment. This would be great to get this integrated into gravity forms as I'm sure a lot of people would find it useful.
