Add GF fields into my squeeze page opt-in boxes

Project: Setup Gravity Forms to inside my opt-in boxes on squeeze page

Description:
I have about 10 fields on three GF pages.
I would want the fields installed into the squeeze page
opt-in boxes. Also, note if it makes any difference, I'm
using the MailChimp addon and would want to easily
change lists in MailChimp but the lists would be identical
in # of fields and field names but just have different list names.
Reason I want to clone these squeeze page sites for my marketing
but each site might be linked to a different list in Mail Chimp.

Also, I'd want the code added so the drop down fields would
be flagged if the user didn't enter a value.

Have no idea what someone might charge for that. Please
contact me if you have any questions and please give me
an idea what you might charge to do this.
