    One more question.
Front end has lets say 15 fields to capture the basic info.. back end will need to have 20-30 more fields which are filled out by the administrator once the form submitter is called back via phone.

For example. front end captures name/phone/address. Admin gets the form and calls the person back. While on the phone the admin asks additional questions such as:
    Age:
    Trip date
    trip time
    type of car needed
    size of car needed
    etc?

How can this be handled? and Can gravity do it?

  2. Gravity Forms can handle this no problem. You will add the fields to the form like normal, then just mark them "admin only". This way, they are part of the entry, but are not accessible on the front end or required to be filled in by users. Administrators can add data to those fields when they are viewing or editing the entry.

There is also a notes field where you can attach more free-form information to an entry.

    No problem!
