Can you add the ability to include an "other" text input field for radio selections so the user can type in a different option than is shown.
Like: Where did you hear about us?
* Google
* Magazine Ad
* Friend
*Other (input box here to type in where)

This has been requested a few times now and we will certainly look into it adding it.
If it's important to you to have this now, you can easily emulate the functionality using a single line input field and the conditional logic.
Just create the "other" field, then display it based on the "other" selection in the preceding multiple choice field.

Hi Kevin, I would also like to request this functionality.
Especially for the Pricing Fields "Donation" with 1.5 and how it integrates with PayPal plugin.
Right now I have what you suggested (conditional field that appears when you click on OTHER), but the values that get passed on to PayPal is a bit weird because it has the name of the 2 fields.
Second suggestion, would be to have an optional label instead of the Field Label to pass on the value to PayPal. (Something akin to the Admin Label but specifically for PayPal. Example: the donation field label might be called AMOUNT, but on PayPal I would like it to say : Donation for ABC Organization)
