Addons not showing in Forms drop down menu

  1. Having trouble using the authorize.net add on.
I've gotten it to work on other sites.. but not this one.

    I'm using Wordpress 3.4.1
    and gravity forms 1.6.4.5.4
    and thesis 1.8.2
    I have a GF developer's license

    I installed the authorize.net add-on and the MailChimp Add-on
I have turned off all the plugins but gravity forms and these 2 add-ons.

However, neither add-on shows up in the Forms dropdown menu.
I have installed the plugins on other sites and everything went fine.
I tried bumping back to TwentyEleven but the issue is not what it looks like on the site, but the problems in the admin parts.

Don't know what other info I should provide to help

    Thanks

  2. Is it possible the roles or permissions were modified for the user you're logging in as? That could make the menu items not show up.

Is your admin customized at all? Or do you have any plugins which add a banner to the top of the admin screen?

Is this a single site or multisite installation?

  3. The roles was exactly the problem. When you add the new plug in you also have to update the roles. Hope this helps somebody else as well.
    Thanks
