AMEX is being billed twice

  1. At check out customers using AMEX are being billed twice but customers using VISA and MC are being billed correctly, once? Any suggestions?

  2. On our end, we don't handle Amex any differently than any other card. I would suggest contacting Authorize.net support and see if they can help.

    I would suggest that it could be any custom code or a theme or plugin conflict, but I would suspect that would affect all cards, not just Amex. But, if you are inclined, you can check for plugin and theme conflicts by using these troubleshooting instructions. http://rkt.gs/testing
