Do you guys have any plans to enhance the record viewing and record data manipulation within the GF database to allow it to act as a CRM in its own right?
It seems like if GF is the front end for collecting the information, why couldn't you add some screen views in the WP admin to handle basic CRM functions? I know it's much beyond all the form manipulation that GF currently does. But you've got the basic system there.

We do not have any current plans to add CRM functionality to Gravity Forms (Carl, please correct me if I'm wrong); however, the hooks are already in place for anyone to create an add-on to add such functionality themselves. :)

It just seems like you guys are doing a great job on the front end and data processing side of the user/site data interface, that it would be a very logical product addition to eliminate the third parties and sell a CRM package as a secondary product. Just a thought.
If you ever do, I'd love to be on the tester team.
